Forty-odd years on Blair Street and we've never pretended to be anything other than what we are — a classic American diner in the middle of Edinburgh. Dine by day, drink by night. Coffee and comfort food when the sun's up; cocktails, pool and a full room when it's down.

Aged, but authentic. The place is a little worn in — and that's the point, not a flaw. This isn't a style bar and it was never meant to be neat. It's loose, funky, warm and lived-in.
